Diaper rash is very common in babies. It typically occurs in infants and children below the age of 2 years. Diaper rash is basically a skin irritation that develops in the diaper area. The symptoms are the itching and the burning of an affected area with a visibly red, elevated and a scaly rash.

  • The rashes are getting worse and significantly spreading to the other parts of the body.

  • Any sign of pus formation is been noticed or if the baby is getting into a fever.

  • The rashes are not due to the usage or the application of any above-said items.

  • The rashes are accompanied by the diarrhea as well.


The diaper rash usually goes on its own when the child is potty-trained. Therefore, keep a proper check on your baby’s sensitive skin and use water-based wet wipes as hygiene is a prime concern.
